Through changing inhabitants way of farming and protecting their fields, they also become better at creating sustainable agriculture. The women have farmed the same way for centuries; they use the same tools and the same methods as their mothers and grandmothers. In many areas, renewed knowledge of agriculture could contribute to increased safe food production. The strategy is that MH gathers the women farmers to motivate and support them in obtaining status as farmers equal with the men. Courses will be organized for the villagers in order to improve the skills and knowledge of villagers in agriculture practices. They will be trained in the method of forming poly houses, rain water harvesting, nurseries, cultivation using less water, developing vermicompost pits.
