Overordnede mål :

The right of children with disabilities and special needs in education, to quality inclusive education is secured in Armenia.

Umiddelbare mål :

1. By the end of the project, the right of CWD/SNE to quality inclusive education is enhanced in 65 Yerevan schools. 2. By the end of the project, em-powered Parent Support Groups in 65 Yerevan schools act as strong civil society actors advancing the rights of their children to inclusive quality education. 3. By the end of the project, a strong and em-powered Civil Society promotes the model of Universal Inclusive System of Education (UISE) for replication in other Marzes of Armenia.

Målgrupper :

Primary Target Group - 411 CWD and 2,150 children with SNE in Yerevan 65 inclusive schools - 254 CWDs who will move from special to inclusive schools after their schools will be transformed into RPPSCs. - 780 parents of CWD/SNE as part of Parents’ Support Groups (PSG) - 2,878 teachers and 409 service providers in Yerevan 65 inclusive schools - 4 RPPSCs with at least 216 service providers Secondary target group - All 29,250 children attending Yerevan 65 inclusive schools - All teachers, Pedagogical-Psychological (PP) specialists, CWD/SNE and parents

Dette projekt har til formål at styrke retten til inkluderende kvalitetsundervisning for børn med handicap og behov for specialundervisning i Armenien. Med støtte fra civilsamfundet vil projektet opnå de samme resultater i hovedstaden Jerevan som det nuværende inkluderende undervisningsprogram i Tavush. Det vil ske ved at efteruddanne lærere og opbygge psyko-pædagogiske støttefunktioner i 65 inkluderende skoler og fire regionale psykopædagogiske centre. Forældre vil blive opmuntret til at slutte sig til 65 støttegrupper. Disse grupper vil blive en del af et større web-baseret netværk, der på nationalt niveau mobiliserer forældre til at kæmpe for deres børns ret til inkluderende kvalitetsundervisning. Civilsamfundet vil hjælpe vigtige interessenter fra uddannelsesområdet med at overføre Tavush-modellen for et inkluderende undervisningsystem til en storby-kontekst og fremme forsøg på at videreudvikle og kopiere modellen over hele Armenien
